Chi chi was a pleasure to deal with and very good with communication and fitting in our toy poodles first groom. Our puppy was very scared when we dropped her off but it was so nice to see how happy our our puppy was when we came to pick her up. This is so pleasing to know she was very attentive and caring with our puppy and made her feel comfortable with her whole first grooming experience. We would definitely recommend her services. Very happy with the final results of her groom.

Chichi is our friendly local dog groomer whose calm demeanour definitely helped with our 15 year old senior dog who has been getting groomed by them since I've been unable to do it myself. Love the cute little grooming trailer - our girl always comes home sleek and smelling great rocking a tiny bandana.

This time she pet sat my of my much loved dog Penny (who was harboring an injury) with short notice for a number of days and I couldn't have left her in better hands. She was really attentive, sent photo updates and asked lots of question to ensure she had the feeding/activity schedule right. Penny had a ball!
