We were actually enjoying shopping here until one of their staff came around and started talking to us and some of the other customers in a loud, rude condescending tone. He blamed us for dumping boxes around us without checking if they were ours and then went on to banging boxes back in place saying he was too busy to help anyone. Initially we thought maybe he was having a bad day but he was back at the billing counter and his rudeness continued there too which was shocking as he seemed to want to create a scene or pick a fight. I’m not sure if he’s ever worked in retail before but sale periods are always busy and so we didn’t really understand why he was removing his frustration on us. We went to Nike and asics before and the staff were extremely helpful and polite so not sure what he was on about. If he saw so many boxes, he could have requested us to leave them back after checking if they were ours or maybe got some other staff to help - there was NO need to be rude. This has to be one of the most disappointing customer experiences I’ve ever had.

The worst ever costumer service, While I can see the correct and complete address in my address book/account on their website ,they sent Items to wrong/incomplete address two times,when I asked for reshipment take place abit sooner the rep. said there is no way.Today is 26 days from the time that I ordered first items and still they suggest to send items in 7-10 B.days which means another month.No matter what the price or discount is,I advise others to purchase from them if they want the items for next season.

I hope management reads this because Alex is the kind of guy you want to keep! I will be back when he gets back to me about the Ultraboost in my size and I will be requesting Alex by name.

This outlet of Adidas has more products and is the best between all the outlets that i've visited so far in Sydney! Though adidas is an expensive brand and it's a bit pricy here!

The older woman at the register yesterday had what can only be classified as atrocious customer service. If you don’t like your job, check seek and apply elsewhere. You don’t need to make customers wish they hadn’t set foot in the store. The young male staff member at the counter however, was excellent.

Great selection of best sellers. Although you have to be quick to get your sizes. Double check sizing with the staffs for those last minute cancellations.

Great store with a large variety of styles. The staff were great, especially Andy. He recommended me a variety of shoes, and was the nicest bloke I've ever dealt with. Something I'd never expect in an outlet!

They've since moved up to the main entrance floor, on the open-mall side of the entire place. It's much more spacious and more obvious, given their corner listing by the escalator.Was there for Black Friday weekend, and I must admit, I was pretty impressed by the 50% off RRP discounts that they were running.Finally walked out with 4 pairs of shoes setting me back about 230AUD (the price of an otherwise full priced shoe).
