The company was easy to communicate with. They fitted the air conditioning professionally and prompt. Mark and Nick came and installed air conditioning in our home today and we are very happy with the result. They were punctual, friendly , knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They cleaned up after the job and we would highly recommend Safe&Sure to anybody needing air conditioning or electrical services.

Safe and Sure gave a great service with our Solar install on our home. Their tradesmen were timely, prompt and very professional. Safe and Sure followed up to make sure we were happy. A great local, family owned north Brisbane company - would recommend to others looking for Solar solutions!

We recently upgraded our electricity switchboard, replaced all our old internal & external light fittings with LED, two external power points, new ceiling fans, hardwired smoke alarms, 2 x air conditioners & a 10KW solar system & inverter installed. This was a lot of work done over a number of weeks & coordinated either side of a roof restoration. Staff including administration, operations & the electricians were prompt, professional & personable. They always cleaned up after themselves & their work was complemented by another electrician (not a Safe & Sure employee) who installed our digital meter for the solar system. The roof restorations business owner even recommended we consider Safe & Sure after hearing how they correctly prepared the roof tiles when installing the wiring for the solar panels. He said he'd often seen how other solar installers did it incorrectly & therefore would have to rectify it before painting a roof. We were very satisfied with the competitive pricing & straight forward no BS when Rob visited to quote for the work & advise us of our options. Last but not least we've also received great after sales service. Even after final payment had been made, very refreshing!

The procedure to get the work done is too complicated and takes too long. The work we had done was eventually OK but it took well over 4 weeks to get our air conditioner working again. First you ring and get the technician to come...that took a week. Then he tells you that the unit had stopped working and will need parts. He then goes off and prepares a quote...that took a week. Then it's 50% payment up front before the parts are ordered...direct deposit and screen captures and emails and wait for accounts to confirm that money had arrived. Another 4 days. Then order parts and wait for them to arrive...another 10 days. Then arrange again for the technician to come back and fit the parts....another week. After this the tech found more problems so had to go through the whole long winded procedure a second time...no escalation of priority.This way of working is great for the business but not so good for the customer. The business needs to modify its procedures and shoulder more risk. How about accepting credit card payments on the day of work?Good work but I won't be using them again.

We had Chris and Nick come do a couple of electrical installs including new aircon. I'm very happy with the job they did and their professionalism. We'll absolutely be using you again for our future electrical work.

We recently moved into a new office space and the Safe & Sure team were fast, efficient and professional. They fitted us with multiple power board stations, new light fittings, a new air conditioner plus a fabulous service on our existing one. Not only that, they added a Gecko Be Gone product to help repel any Geckos into our electronics. We can not fault the team at all - THANK YOU team Safe & Sure.

Safe & Sure installed 2 split systems at our home recently, just in time before summer. Nothing but the best service, from the Customer Service Team to the Technician's who attended site on the day of installation. They are extremely helpful, efficient & prompt. Andy installed a new air con unit in my home office today. He did a great job. He was on-time and cleaned up after himself. The job looks great and I'm so looking forward to a cool office to work in this summer. The team at Safe & Sure were great from start to finish. They did the quote quickly and with no fuss. When I decided to go ahead they were able to install the unit within a week of my request. All of their office processes were easy and well explained, no hidden nasties, etc. Thanks heaps! Safe & Sure gave great service from start to finish. We have an odd shaped roof in the lounge, and appreciated that Safe & Sure were creative in the way they designed our air con solution. The installers were brilliant - punctual, and worked really hard to finish the install in 1 day. They left everything very clean and tidy, and the installation looks really neat :). The 'tutorial' on the control before they left was clear and informative, and we now have air-con that works well and seems very effective so far. Thanks again - great job!
