In plain and simple word. This company is unprofessional, incompetent, unrespectful.My loading dock is not very wide, yet, all of my other deliveries was able to reverse the truck into position and complete the unloading.However, every time this company's driver who is delivering my pallet, complain that the loading dock is too small and he can't get the truck in.I told him that there's planty of MR and HR truck come and go all the time without any issue.He said ' I can't do it, if you think you can, do it yourself.'what makes me even more angry is that, only small delivery of mine is through this company, and every time the driver require assist to unload a 300KG pallet.I got 1 ton pallet delivered by other company which simply comes and get the job done, all I have to do is sign the paper work.Don't do business with this company

Refuse to work on rainy days. “Yeah, but not in the rain?” says the security guy arrogantly. If possible by any chance, yes avoid please.

Extremely unprofessional. Please avoid! Lost total 6 boxes on two of my shipments when delivering and do not even admit it, stating we signed the paper, so they have delivered all boxes. Actually there is no information on the documents we signed saying how many boxed they delivered at all. When my warehouse staff asked about it when they received the good, the driver did not know anything and asked us to ask their company. However, when we asked the company, they said because we have signed the paper, so they have delivered all. Totally ripped off. Will take further actions.

We been to a number of logistics warehouse but always come back to Wiseway. They are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Transparent in their dealings. Security is always able to resolve our queries and the management at Adelaide warehouse always answers the phone and help us with customs queries.
