A huge improvement on last year, got stung by Jordan last year for extra work that didn't really need it and a promise of free fuel for a ten star rating on the survey site........ Which Never happened.Seems to be new staff who were delightful and really good. No issues with our car whatsoever this time. So glad they have improved dramatically.The person who looked after me was Ryan, he was welcoming and polite and was happy to chat. Keep up the better service.They washed the car too. Sorry Julie G.

Great brand ambassador for the business.Overall Kia were very easy and flexible to deal with. I was able to.drop my car off the night before and the drop off/collection process was easy and streamlined.

I recently purchased a new Carnival and picked it up yesterday.I greatly appreciate Luke's assistance. He is kind and took the time to explain every detail of the car to me for an hour, considering I had no prior knowledge about it.Initially, Luke wasn't my dealer. I had to speak with the sales manager after receiving no response from CRIS dealer. The sales manager, who was really good, assigned a different dealer for me, and everything went smoothly from there. I am genuinely happy with my new car and want to express my gratitude to Luke.I would advise against going to CRIS as he tend to disappear once you've signed the papers!

Every time we book it in here for the regulation yearly service for 7 year guarantee, they never fix what needs fixed under the warranty, eventhough it is written down on the paper when we drop it in. We drop it in at 9 am and pick it up at 3pm and they have always forgotten to fix what is broken and we have to rebook. One time we dropped it in at 8.30 am and went back to puck it up at 3pm just for great usual service and it wasn't ready they said they were just giving it a wash, so we waited and could see through to the workshop and they hadn't even done it so quickly put it up on the hoist and did a 10 minute job for $300. We would not recommend this company at all, we have had problems every time we go there.
