Australia Post - Hurstville Westfield Post Shop

i sent something to this post shop for someone to collect it. I have discussed the delivery with staff online, at the post office where i sent it and on the phone with someone at your post shop. I got the person to collect the item and your staff was incredibly rude. What is your problem?! your staff member said who sends item this way and we dont hold parcels for people. Regardless they were were rude. Why are you so bitter and rude ! Do you hate your job? The person who collected the parcel told me they felt very insulted and it was like why the F did you have this parcel with us.. Shame.

Went in to do a child passport renewal. Gave me hell by telling me my photo that I supplied would not be accepted for multiple reasons, referring to the manager. They gave me a bad attitude and said that they would be writing the problems on the form.A few weeks later, I got my passport back fine without any issues.

I wish there was -1 rating. I am totally disappointed by the passport photo service provided by the Asian lady working in this shop. The size of the photos she took for our family of four was much smaller than the accepted size. This mistake was picked up by a staff from another Australia Post shop just by having a look. As a consequence, we lost time in going back and forth 3 times to the shop (excluding the times to the other shops) across different days just to get the correct size and also a week time lost in the race to submit our passport applications. No sorry or compensation was offered. Very very terrible customer service. I definitely won't go back there and don't recommend their service to anyone.

I went to the Post Office in Westfield Hurstville for the very first time. Your front sevice staff Mary, provided an amazing customer service. She was so patient, explaining everything in detail. I will definitely come back. Thank you Mary, for your great customer service.Rachel Chen

I too wish I could give a negative star. Extremely lazy staff - as are most people in the public services where their day revolves around morning tea and lunch breaks. There were no customers at the time that I went and the lady said she couldn’t review my passport documents until the following day and that I needed to have an appointment. I said but there’s no one to serve here except and she said she was going to have her tea break soon so she couldn’t serve me. I walked outside to the other Australia post and we got it all done. I’d recommend the one outside the Westfields

Was served by Mary twice at Hurstville post in Westfield. Very good customer service. Gave good suggestions on how to send my courier overseas. Had a very pleasent and professionally attitude.

I went to the Post Office in Westfield Hurstville today to post some Christmas cards and presents overseas. I was helped by a very friendly and patient gentleman there. He explained everything in detail, assisted me with the packaging and saved me a lot of unnecessary postage. Really amazing customer service! Thank you once again, you made the whole experience a breeze.

Hands down the worst place for a passport application ever. Feels like they dont want your business at all. Unprofessional and condescending tones shown by every single staff at this place. Stay away.
