Phuong NGA Hairdresser & Beauty Parlour were the reasons that tipped the percentages for me to come back to Adelaide and stay.If it weren't for the hairdressers' here I wouldn't be in SA! The sisters 'ere not only give such a beautiful and a hair experience, they also give you a refreshing mind to leave the parlour, feeling fab. I love 'em.I'd recommend this place for anyone who needs a hair cut, beauty + they're really super busy, so it'll be good to come in early.♡Ngan Ha 'xoxo
