The Job:- Split system air con (4 years old) was working but we wanted a service to ensure it was operating efficiently. Ground floor unit in lounge room and condenser was outside on the ground.The Good:- Customer service team was able to accomodate the day I wanted for the technician to attend.- A time window was agreed to (7am - 11am) and they agreed to ring half hour before to advise they were on their way (important given the early time frame)The Bad:- $140 paid up front for the technician to attend site and assess the job and provide a price to complete the works.- No phone call was made to advise that he was on the way so I had to answer the door in my pyjamas.- It took less than 5 minutes to advise two service options. A deep clean which wasnt explained very well at a cost of $1250!!!- The second quote for a standard service, again not explained well at a cost over over $1000! I actually stopped listening when the price started with one thousand and...- I advised that i would not be proceeding with either option and the technician left my house.- I stopped him at his car and asked for the quotes to be emailed to me which he said they would. We confirmed the email address (it was the same they used to send me the invoice for the service call so it was correct) and assured me i would have it in 10 minutes. It has still never arrived and its not in my spam folder.The Summary:- I feel ripped off...- I now understand why they wont give any indication of price over the phone. They would never have gotten my $140- I strongly recommend you avoid this company

Excellent service! Frank was very organised, knowledgeable and explained everything. He was also very patient while we decided what to do. We had Adam and Danny do most of the installation and they were very efficient, dedicated, polite and understanding. Very clean and tidy with high level of professionalism. Best tradies ever. We've never had tradies that we've been truly happy with until now. Paul and Vang did a great job too. Thanks so much! Highly recommend.
