Would really reconsider joining a Gym who’s owners clearly have some personal opinions around children/babies who present as unvaccinated even with valid reasons.Crèche is a restricted service to any child who is either on a catch-up schedule or exempt from vaccination due to health reasons.Can I enrol my child in childcare, swim classes, school, after school care facilities -YESSista Fitness - NO

I have been at Sista fitness for 2 years now and the only regret I have is that I didn't join years ago. They have the most amazing, positive, passionate, supportive staff & trainers who I cant speak highly enough. The facilities are 5 star!!! I highly recommend this gym for any lady who wants to improve there health or well being in any way. Love this place!!!

The facilities are clean and contemporary and there are a good variety of classes. Class teachers are really friendly and enthusiastic especially the cycle instructors. The only thing that is letting the team down are the older ladies at the welcome desk. So many times I've tried the friendly small talk, or the smile, but unfortunately nothing is reciprocated back, If anything they look at me like a bad stain or mark (is it because I'm not fit yet?) . I think it's vital to have a happy and encouraging welcome crew at the front counter, they are such an important first impression to what the club represents. The younger ladies that sit at the front desk are amazing and just lovely to chat too, Julie was just a beautiful soul and was so sad to see her leave. Maggie I think you have a wonderful gym, you have this beautiful space with beautiful members and staff... I feel so comfortable when I'm in your gym, but its just a couple of ladies (who I may be catching constantly at bad moments) that really make me feel like an unvalued member the moment I walk in the door.

I love this gym! I have been a member for a while now I would have never joined a gym before finding a female only gym I feel so comfortable everyone is so friendly and helpful there’s so many classes to choose from, this gym has changed my lifestyle completely for the best would highly recommend

Scam membership rules!Wouldn’t let my wife cancel her gym membership while it was temporarily de-activated. Informed she would have to re-activate for 1 month before being “allowed” to cancel her membership.

On my first entrance into the gym I was made to feel very welcomed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love the different programs I can do and the gym is well equipped. A very happy customer

Love Sista Fitness so much. I have trained at so many different gyms for 10+ years and I feel like this gym is everything I was looking for. Initially signed up for my baby as I needed a crèche and people spoke highly of yours… but I couldn’t believe how kind every one is. From the reception ladies, to the crèche ladies, to the PT’s - the vibe is amazing. I now train at both Midland/Morley and honestly the same goes for both these incredible gyms. Can’t wait to go check out the new one in Harrisdale :)

I had a negative experience during my time with Sista Fitness while they were in the old premises, with my daughter being body shamed and a very poor complaint process. I considered rejoining since they moved, hoping there will be new staff and a better, more professional service but was politely declined. While any business is free to decide how they are run, it sadly shows that they do not care to improve. The level of service they provide is unsatisfactory.

As stated by others, all about the money. When they imposed the vaccine mandate I put my account on hold. when I came back to sort it, there were charges added onto the account. Very suss. They use fancy language in all correspondence to sound legitimate. Health and well being comes second to money. Would not recommend.

Have just joined up and had a PT session. I have a new fitness regime to follow and I am really looking forward to getting into shape. I also love the idea of a ladies only gym. Sista fitness has everything needed right at myfingertips.
