Saw Dr Ayodeji Lawal and what an experience that was. Terrifying to think we have so many new doctors with absolutely ZERO people skills. He was rude, zero interaction with my son who was so well behaved as he has his ears and throat checked etc but the doctor didn’t engage with with him at all which is just sad as a 2 year old who was so proud of himself for behaving. Handed us the script and that was it, zero care clearly just another number. Would never go back.Also young girl on front desk didn’t bother to help the man who bought in an elderly woman who clearly needed help and in distress she was too busy on her phone. Absolutely appalled at the customer care.

Long ago i was working and accidentally i got burn my whole hand and went at night quickly to this centre because i found it’s only open til late and also nearby except hospital emergency, the reception and Gp Dr M Kathirgamanaarthan looked after me so well because the wound was badly hurting, they treated on the support. So i got recovered in couple of days with provided medicationI appreciate the front staff and GP at night on that time

Receptionists are unhelpful most of the time. Doctors have prescribed the wrong ear medication for my one year old in the past. Wait times are extraordinarily long. The front desk will direct you to book in to see a doctor via the app, but you’d be lucky to be able to get it to work.And if you ask the receptionists for help, they won’t know how to fix it because they haven’t been trained on the app.

First time visit and found the attitude towards children from the Doctor we saw to be absolutely appalling. I noticed the reviews were quite poor but thought I would give the benefit of a doubt and I deeply regret my decision. I suggest anyone who needs to visit a GP in that area to travel a little further down the road to any of the other Medical Centres.

One star is generous.Reception staff are horrible and so rude!Laughed in a customer's face that they couldn't see her baby tonight as there was too many people waiting. Once the lady left the receptionist then made comments about the lady, rude comments that the whole waiting room heard.Receptionist was at least in her late 40's she should know better. New receptionist staff needed.Management need to look into this.

Very friendly reception greeting from the guy working Easter Saturday but that's where any positivity ends. Dr Lawal on very first meeting was not interested in any background history on my health. After waiting 2 hours he was rude, dismissive and I was out the door in a few seconds. Absolute joke! Found another clinic open near Narellan library. Antibiotics given, swabs taken and a strict instruction to head to hospital if symptoms worsen or at least visit my regular gp after the PHs...... Avoid Our Medical.

Ultrasound at our medical home Gregory Hills radiology.The women doing the Ultrasound was rude and unprofessional . She is a sour angry women that clearly doesn't enjoy her job.The way she spoke to me and how angry she got because my elbow wasn't in the right position, was unprofessional .Also no manners when greeting me or when my appointment was over. Doesn't take much effort to be a nice person.I'll never go back there for an ultrasound and do not recommend.

The new app they have in use isn’t that great. It’s good for people who know how to use it but i feel really sorry for the older people trying to use it. The receptionists who try to help the older people sign up get so angry and frustrated with them, and if you’re not a member on the app then they will charge you? Everyone has to use the app, even though it’s just a medical centre and no receptionists will sign anyone in to see a doctor - have to use the app. I don’t have a problem with the app, it’s the receptionists who treat customers poorly because they don’t know how to use it

1. Appointment with Dr B 9:21 am 28/05/2023. Dr refused to complete a medical exam for Service NSW because I'm not his regular patient. Fair enough, then I put in my name in the waiting list for Dr S.2. Appointment with Dr S 10:35am 28/05/2023. I was in the medical centre since 8:30 a.m. morning to see a doctor to complete the medical exam. Dr S is not going to start before 10 a.m. and I was the first patient for him when the receptionist signed me in. When I got into his room he was freaked out to see the medical exam form that he needs to complete for commercial vehicle driving purpose. Because I am Type 2 diabetic he started asking me lot of questions around my eye check. He shouldn't ask me those questions actually because that part of report is with the medical centre that my optometrist sent them through a couple of months ago back in 02/2023. However, I showed him the report from the optometrist from my mobile phone and he read through it. Still Dr S was not convinced. And then while he was skimming through the medical records from computer, he also found out that I have done a sleep study before and he was asking me whether I'm suffering from any sleep apnoea. I clearly told him I'm not suffering from sleep apnoea, he was asking me where is the sleep study report, I told him the report is with you guys which the respiratory sleep physician sent them through nearly 12 months ago in 31/5/2022. He wasn't convinced this time as well and then I showed him the report from specialist. Then the conversation started heading to a different direction, he was asking me that the specialist suggested me to use CPAP machine and I strongly disagreed with him. The specialist never suggested me to use CPAP machine neither a mandibular splint, Dr S said if that is the case I need to have a formal letter from specialist confirming that I do not need CPAP machine. I showed him the letter from specialist dated 31/5/2022. The online Zoom consultation that I had with specialist suggested me to sleep on my sides because the sleep apnoea is not significant enough to commence any sort of treatment. Dr S then asked me to pay for the medical exam which I am ready to pay. To give you a more background information, while I was inside his room he got two phone calls and he was rushing to close my appointment and asking me to bring all those information/documents before completing the form. I was completely in shock! I was hoping to complete the medical exam form today so that I can submit it to service NSW tomorrow. Dr S has all information in the system needed to complete the medical exam form but he refused to complete it. He wanted me to see my specialist to get that in writing saying I am not suffering from sleep apnoea and that I do not need CPAP machine including an eye check report from optometrist. Last sleep specialist report was dated 31/5/2022(less than 12 months). These reports are already with Our Medical Home. He was so negative, so abrupt while trying to wrap up my consult. Waiting for a doctor since 8:30 this morning and came out around 11 am with nothing, what a disgusting service they are providing, I would say this is a substandard patient service! I would request the practice manager to investigate this experience further and let me know the outcome. I will not hesitate to escalate my frustration to the relevant authorities if I'm not happy with the outcome. I do have all those facts and figures with me to lodge a formal complaint with appropriate authority or Health Ministerial department. I hope I explained my situation better, if not, do not hesitate to contact me directly on my mobile to get more clarity.

I literally come here to see a doctor for a minute to get things signed or scripts filled.I wait from one hour to two hours each time.The app is a bit of a joke for the older generation.I dislike how people can skip you and see a doctor faster if they pay an extra fee.
