Sitting on the bank of Collie river, it is so peaceful and so well shaded it is a delight. Swimming is allowed in the river so you have steps leading into the water. There are 2 train lines close by, but it is a noise you get used to very quickly. I love this place so much.

Very shady, comfortable van park. Easy walk into town. Permanent residents easy to get on with. Trains are frequent and may disturb a light sleeper but they seem to reduce in frequency after 10pm. An enjoyable stay.

We just had 2 nights there, beautiful spot, stroll into town and the pub. Ablution block could do with updating. Although the trains come through quite frequently it didn't spoil it for us

Rang this place for hours as there was no online option to book a powered or unpowered site for one night,they got back to me after 5 hours, said they’d “ask caretaker and call me back if they had a site” (I know first hand there were plenty of vacant sites) another hour later they sent me a txt saying “all booked out”.Myself and the kids will have to stay in a free spot now as it’s so late in the day.Not accomodating at all.

Can’t thank the caravan park enough for making the effort to fit our small Avan in. Totally positive experience. Not an RAC caravan park style experience, but a genuine Aussie experience with emus made with fairy lights, sheep with reindeer ears, a tree full of gnomes, and so much more. Ablution block was spotless, but not modern. If the festival is on again next year please hold the same spot for us. Celia and Josef
