If you want fried damaged hair that they try to cover up with another colour (blue) then ask you not to wash your hair for a week, for an exorbitant price, definitely go there.My wife was there, requested a concave bob, ended up getting a short banana bob because she cut it absolutely wrong and couldn’t fix it without shortening the length, wouldn’t ever recommend to anyone.

Had my Keratin treatment with Latinos hair boutique and it was superb. Even surpassed my expectations! Worth driving half an hour to southern river just for this. The price is very reasonable. Tanika was all praises and Fidel's advise was five star. Definitely going to recommend their services. See you on my next appointment for some hair colour and foils! Been there for group on hair straightning as I have liked there deal but the lady there has suggested for my hair very suitable and quite expensive treatment and had done it worth of 275$ which I have obviously not expected to spend this much but still I spent as I thought it would turn out to be magical but here I am with my same hair and lost my all hard working money. Not worth to go back again and not even suggesting anyone as they are just robbed you for doing nothing. Worst experience of my life.

My wife when in last week to get a price. She explained exactly what she wanted. And was given a price. When she went to have her hair done today they told her they had given her the wrong price. But they will do it all for $240. When the manager was putting the keratin treatment on she was tugging and pulling with the comb trying to put the stuff in quickly as she was busy. It hurt that much my head is sore. When My wife went too the till the started to change the price saying well we charge for thinking. We also charge for re styling and the blow dry. The price had gone up to $290. Then the manager said well if u would of gone to such and such a salon it would of cost you about $700 you are lucky you came here. I don't call that luck. I call this disgusting service. And very deceitful.

I visited Latinos today for the first time and have finally found a salon who knows exactly what I am after! Keeley was SO professional and talented, she helped educate me on proper products to use for my weft extensions and gave me some great care tips. Keeley knew exactly what I was after and made my dream a reality!! The rest of the team were amazing, super friendly and welcoming too!! My hair not only looks fantastic but it feels so healthy as well. I honestly left so happy, especially when I went to pay and was told how cheap it was for such an amazing new look. Latinos is so so so affordable and they do suck an amazing job I literally wanted to cry with happiness. thank you again Keeley and team! Can’t wait to visit again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I rang for an appointment and she told she could do me now. Walked into a very friend environment.she cut my hair to exactly what I wanted. I think her prices are very reasonable and will certainly be going back. Thank you

This would be the second time my hair was done by the owner and it was completely wrong again even though I have a card which states my colour I always do.The first time I ever tired Latinos my colour was done to what she thought and did not listen to what I wanted. All the other times my hair was done by two other girls who always done my hair to what I liked.This last time i booked a colour cut and blow dry ( i was not aware it was the owner but thought it is noted down my colour ) she read my chart and coloured my hair. She put some sort of chemical in my hair while washing it and washed it a few times.she said I washed it out a few time for you. Once she started drying it I said the colour was wrong. It had no violet in it. She started saying there is copper on your card (which there is no such thing as I saw the card today again.) I told her I've never had copper in it.She was trying to tell me if I go to dark it will look black I said it doesn't matter. She then said she can put the dye in it now but she can't blow dry it because she has booking I said I can't stay as I had another appointment. She told me to come back and she will put the colour in and blow dry it. I actually stopped in the shops about 30 minutes late and there was no clients in the shop.I have just been for my appointment and the other girl put the dye in for me and was perfect but she the said that the owner called and said she is not to blow dry my hair. I spoke to the son who works there as he is the other manager and told him that he was there when his mother stuffed my colour and his mother said the colour and blow dry he said you got that already.i said yes I paid for that. I said she stuffed my hair and told me that was the arrangement. He was smiling and shrugged his shoulders and told me to have a nice day and walked off.My point is if you offer a service do it properly the first time not change things to suit you then lie about the colour that is listed and not follow through on your word and both owner and son lie and are rude. If you make a mistake own up and do what is right, people don't have time to be up and down and to be lied to.Do not recommend having your hair done but the owner and the son and I have heard I'm not the first one there is many many more people that complain and they get the same treatment.

Very rude. I have done keratin treatment 4 times in Latinos in the last two years. The very last time was 2 months ago and paid 230 for xt bhave. Yesterday I went in and made a booking and asked how much it will cost, as my hair is shorter now. The owner's son asked his mum and Geni said 290. I insisted it shouldn't be that expensive coz I just did it two months ago on longer hair with the same highlights and paid 230. The boy asked me to sit until his mum can take a look. Geni came and looked at my hair and said we don't do keratin treatment for less than 270 here.you have done it elsewhere

Came in this morning with my grandmother as I was recommended this salon, it was my first time getting my hair done here and I must say I am absolutely delighted with the service I received. I got caramel highlights, olaplex treatment a blowdry and style, my hair looks and feels amazing, it actually has never felt like this before, all for such a good price-- this usually would cost way more in another salon but this was a great quality service for such a good price and I'm glad I made the decision to get this done today or I probably never would have gotten it done.Genny and Chloe were so delightful and professional in their work and I will continue to go back to this salon just based on what they've done on my hair today. I'm so very pleased to have walked out of the salon with a smile, thank you!! ❤️

I wish I could give their service a zero star for the way I was treated. I bought a Groupon for their service and read some bad reviews before buying though. I still went ahead thinking maybe my case will be different. As soon as I entered their Salon and mentioned about the Groupon booking I noticed the difference. The lady blatantly refused saying she can't offer what I purchased and instead, started giving me options and gave me a paper to sign. When I showed hesitancy in signing the paper, she SNATCHED the paper from me and said that she is not going to touch my hair. Their were other clients present in the salon and I could not imagine, how could she do all that. Pathetic Service!!. Anyone reading this review, before you go to their salon, be prepared for this type of service and to waste your time and money.
