Just read another musician had an order placed with them, and they have shut down and she hasn't got her order! We actually tried finding their phone number earlier today and called to enquire about an item, but the phone was 'engaged', their web site is no more and there is no Facebook page. Disappointing as the staff and products there a year ago were fantastic!

Awesome service, very competitive prices on a good range of brand products. Knowledgeable staff with a no pressure approach. whether its a $20.00 part or $5k item the service is really exceptional, Good location too, easy to find. I highly recommend these guys.

Really happy with my beginner guitar kit. Can't wait to get started with my rock and grunge pathway. Really friendly people at the shop. However, special shout out to Nelson, who guided me to buy the guitar, and was ready to answer any of my queries online.

Great store with staff to match. Spoke with Simon over the phone but needed to come into the store to check the size of the drum kit we wanted to purchase would be OK for our son. Simon was busy on the phone to another customer when we arrived, but Dan was available and helped us out by answering all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and shared his own experiences from when he was younger. After buying the drum kit, Simon carefully helped carry it to our car. They kindly let our kids use their toilet too.

Been shopping here for years - awesome range of musical gear (especially guitars), and staff super helpful. If they don’t have in stock, they’ll do their best to order in for you (they ordered my Les Paul direct from the Gibson factory). Always a pleasure to visit the wonderful team here at Music Express.

100% awesome..wow that last review sounds odd to me. Brilliant service and always great prices. I think 50% off RRP sounds like a good deal. I got a great deal on some effects pedals and the guy helped me through the boss loop pedal functions, which are terrific. Thanks Music Express .

They were slammed with all the last-minute parents getting their kids’ music supplies sorted before Monday. Yes, we were definitely in that group.The staff were so dedicated in ensuring customers were well looked after, which added to the wait time and for some customers in line this was viewed as bad customer service. I guess it was because they weren’t given instant service.IMO - good service, good advice, good stock. Couldn’t ask for more from a Music shop. I’ll be going back for sure.
