The whole team here went out of their way to help me, even though it took a lot of time and effort on their part and they had no obligation what so ever to do so (it was a mixup on the doctor's end). Make sure to double check what this Pharmacy charges you for your prescriptions. Especially if your eligible for PBS prices. Same scripts I've had filled at a different pharmacy at PBS prices tried to charge me Private prices, Medicare card and all.

I use this mob for my personal scripts, BUT ALSO have introduced aged and differently able clients of mine to this store, they take their time to ensure people feel they are being consulted, they treat consumers with clear behavioural differences with respect, helping them to access service rather than ignoring them or exacerbating engagements. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this site if you want great Pharmacists, amazing customer service, and to be able to trust your loved ones health and dignity.Best I’ve found in Lismore!

Best pharmacy in town. Staff are extremely approachable and full of advice, always willing to help. Great location next to Woolies and open until 8pm! It also has the luckiest Newsagency in town, which is convenient. I'll keep coming back! Great service!
