Me and my sister went there just for a simple SNS with tips and genuinely it was the WORST experience I've ever had, I've been to this salon in the past and it was fine but I will never be going again. They severely messed up both my sisters and my own nails. For me personally, they gave me the wrong length, colour and shape which is literally the 3 main criteria for nails, plus they were crooked, lumpy and fat. I had to come home and fix them myself and even that couldn't fix it. Probably the worst experience I've had

Came for a Manicure and pedicure and they were fantastic! Clean and lovely salon with friendly staff. 5*

The two of us were able to get in straight away! Just regular polish for the toes but great color selection. Very polite and fast service. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and I'm very happy with the results.

I have recently moved over to Odyssey Nails Doncaster. I am so delighted to have experienced nail technician Lily!Finally, great service, care, precision, and not to forget to mention her gorgeous big smile !Lily is exceptional at listening to your request and shaping your nails to the desired shape. I had an awful experience in this place for SNS on my nails considering good rating. But I am very disappointed for choosing this place now. My nails were awfully done with excess messy materials on my skin. Besides, there is quite large gap with really bad coverage coat and some injuries on my fingers.

Loved the sns service provided here!! Shared a brief idea on what I wanted along with a picture..They know what they are doing and the outcome is the best!

My nails were done by Le nail technician. She is professional and best. Showed her a picture of nail art and she did a wonderful job! Perfection! Took good care throughout the session.Staff is friendly. On the spot appointments is taken luckily!

I got : buff, cut, nail polish + shellac soak off.Buff, cut was fine. Got told to pay first before the polish - fine. Price list said $5 for soak off shellac (on the website too) and when I was paying the girl told me no it’s $10 trying to confuse me with manicure polish blah blah blah. When in reality it was just them listing the wrong price. Without an apology she charged me $25 when it should’ve been $20. Ok. Whatever.Doing the polish, she basically didn’t buff well enough, leaving marks and texture on my nails which can be seen in the photo. Further, there was dust on one of my nails so I asked for it to be done again, so she just again didn’t react and frustratedly redid my middle finger. After that, just found that all my nails were somewhat awfully done and I could’ve honestly done a better job at home. Being left by myself and me asking HER if I’m done, in which she just nodded, I went to take a photo of the price list, and by then they had already blacked out the price (can see in photos).I wouldn’t mind paying $5 extra if the quality was at least NORMAL. Two stars because I’ve had 1 pleasant experience here. Don’t know if it’s because I’m doing just nail polish or if they were in a hurry to finish but regardless - not the way to go. Basic business requires you to apologise at least when you’ve mislead the customer.

Highly recommend if you need a pedicure and manicure! Been coming here for almost 3 years and have never been disappointed. All technicians are highly professional and the store is always clean and welcoming.
