How on Earth do you even have any stars, clearly you are reviewing yourselves on here. If I could give minus 100 stars I would. All they ever cared about was money. While we were tenants they did not acknowledge or take responsibility for issues that we had with the house since we first signed the lease. They would brush off our concerns and disappear. At times they would not even respond. There were urgent matters that needed to be dealt with, like mould, plumbing issues, hazardous materials and a significant amount of safety concerns. What an absolute joke of a real estate agency. We will take this further.

We recently purchased a property from Sandro listed with NSW Realty. Well this was a wonderful experience and Sandro truly went above and beyond to secure us a lovely property. There were many unanticipated hurdles with our finance that made it truly difficult, beyond description however Sandro assisted us greatly to ensure we still secured the property. Due to how procrastinated our finance process was (due to unanticipated hurdles and changes), it would have been far easier for Sandro to simply sell the property to one of the many other interested parties however he truly went above and beyond to help us secure the property. I know that he kept the vendor well informed also after receiving good feedback from our solicitor that the vendors experience was just as good as ours and they are in fact happy we finally purchased the property. I can not recommend Sandro highly enough, I spent many years as the State Sales Manager in the Oil industry and I understand good customer service however this experience well and truly exceeded my expectations. Sandro has truly set a very high bar and I would without hesitation trust Sandro to sell or manage any of my properties and certainly hope to purchase another from him one day soon.

Their rates are fair, the service is professional, and they are on top of everything. As a client, i did not worry at all.
