Baby Kingdom in Alexandria has the most helpful staff, and I can’t stress that enough. Everyone was so accommodating and approachable, but especially Andrew. He really walked us through the different things we wanted to buy, and made it possible to drill down on our choices. This is extremely helpful especially for new parents who are so overwhelmed by the different choices/brands of strollers, car seats, bassinets/cribs. We’re so grateful that we visited this store and have met Andrew in particular because they made things so much easier for us. Will recommend this store to all parents!! Such a breeze shopping here. Ken is the best! We’ve been to a few Baby Kingdoms around Sydney and always ask a tonne of questions about everything from prams, to cots and beyond. Never have we experienced someone as friendly, patient, knowledgeable and genuine as Ken was with us. He honestly knew so much about every product, dedicated so much time with us and had heaps of handy tips for first time parents, like us! Will definitely be visiting again soon.

The best customer service ever!!!! Being first time parents we had quite a bit of stress trying to find all of the big ticket items for our baby. But Ken (Kendall) took us through literally everything from prams, cots, car seats, dressers in incredible detail. He is so knowledgeable and we learned SO much!! He spent so much time on us and we really enjoyed our time there. Definitely going back and asking for Ken! Thanks again :)

6 stars to the best sale assistant ever, Danny has provided to my family the greatest costumer service.His kindness, patience, passion, professionalism and experience helped us to have clarity and new knowledge about this new world. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m blown away by the customer service at BK Alexanderia. Steve, the manager, went above and beyond to get a cot to me during the holidays. He pulled a rabbit out of the hat, especially when other stores simply said ‘no’ or couldn’t help. I’m so grateful. The world needs more businesses like BK that actually my care for their customers.

Ken at the Alexandria store was delightful and so helpful! His service was very thorough and he was absolutely lovely. Smooth and easy ordering and check-out, he also had some great tips for us as almost-first time parents, making sure we were getting the right sizes etc. Thanks Ken!

In this day and age were good customer is something of a rarity,I would like to give a special shoutout to Danny at Baby Kingdom in Alexandria for his exceptional customer service. My wife and I have been visiting the store and Danny has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He not only provides great knowledge on the products we are interested in, but also gave us helpful advice when we were looking for a prams, sleeping bags and many other products that would work best for us in the long term. Extremely helpful and informative staff (specifically Andrew!) - husband and I visited the store today to have a look at car seats and pram. We are total beginners as this is our first baby and we did not know where to start as there were numerous different models and brands and huge price range - Andrew gave us a very detailed explanation about what to look for in a car seat (including technical information!) as well as very honest advice, which we really and truly appreciated. Thank you so much Andrew!
