The girls were absolutely lovely and friendly. I was very happy with the final result and they made sure I was comfortable. It was very affordable as well and the hairdressers care about making their customers happy.

All the girls are great but kat is my hairdresser and she's amazing her service is on point.

I have been a customer for nearly 2 years and in my opinion the business has gone downhill. Staff has left, often appointments aren’t on time,I feel rushed with styling with not enough time being allocated, 90% of the time they cannot be contacted via phone as none is picking up or returning messages, to get a hold of them you have to go on site! Lastly, my biggest disappointment is being made promises they can’t keep. I am one extremely disappointed customer, they were never exceptional but they were good enough and the location being close to home was why I started going there in the first place, with time I have seen the business go downhill and not care about customers. I will not be recommending to anyone.

I've been getting my hair done at Shylocks for several years now and I can't imagine going to any other place. Initially I used to see someone else (she was also amazing) but she left last year and so for my recent appointment I had to book in with another hairdresser and I'm so glad I was introduced to Nat! She was fantastic. She was so professional, friendly, kind and she made me feel at complete ease. She was able to talk me through everything (she was very thorough!) and give me her expert opinion and advice whilst also giving me the chance to make my own decisions. I actually walked out of that salon beaming! Nat will definitely be my regular hairdresser from now on (:HIGHLY recommend.

Omg I love love love this store!I went to get some hair products are they are such lovely and welcoming staff. The products work wonders and really saved my hair! 100 percent recommended!

Great quality service! I’ve been getting my cuts and colour done here for about 5 years and I’ve always come out smiling :) The girls even fixed my hair when I damaged it with some DIY colour at home once! Sam and Denisa are my favourites, they are highly skilled at their craft and always give my fussy self exactly what I want. Standard professional salon prices and all the girls are worth every cent!

Got my hair cut by Kat, she is amazing. Never had a hair cut where they did exactly what you ask for. Be open to her suggestions based on her recomendations and you wont be unhappy

Jess and her team are nothing short of amazing! I have been seeing Sam for a number of years and she is a hair god- I always leave feeling a million dollars. Sam always listens to what I ask for but also tells me if what I want won't suit my face shape or hair type, which is exactly what I need! Couldn't recommend the Shylocks team more.

The girls do such an amazing job.Friendly professional always feel so comfortable going there. So much knowledge and they will always give there honest opinion on what's best for your hair.

It doesn’t matter who you see, everyone is amazing. The salon always feels like home, so warm, friendly and inviting, you can even find a salon doggy laying at your feet sometimes. It’s such a huge open space. Don’t trust anyone else with my hair, definitely the best in the business!
