It was our first time. But they made us comfortable very soon. There is lot of room if u two want to be left alone n have fun urselves. As well as many rooms to mingle with other couple. They are friendly n welcoming. It was friday night which is more suitable for newbies. Bit quite, but we got what we went for. Thank u.We will definitely come back, this time Saturday night.

My partner and I came as first timers. We didn't know what to expect but was made to feel comfortable and got an instant tour with a drink in hand. Staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend and we will definitely be back. Big thanks to Dave and the staff.CJ & DUC.

First time at such a venue ever. Felt really comfortable. The rules were followed.Minus one star for the music and the down stairs sound system.Nothing sleazy, no drugs, actually really tame compared to what you would imagine as an outsider to the scene.BYO alcohol, and saw the staff refuse to give one patron any more of their own wine and they handed them a glass of water instead.Wow. If only all places in our culture were this responsible towards their patrons'safety.

Overpriced and music so loud you found not hear conversations. Spa did not work. Host was nice but no interaction after you got there. Have been to much better. Very clicky crowd

Spa was set to 40degrees Too hot to use and told not to sit On the edge...NO. air-conditioning so the room was a sweat box,Poorly maintained,broken and stained ceiling panels.Average experience.Also dishonest whenever you call to see how busy it is.The staff attempted several times to lower the temperature of the spa however were unable to do so.
