La belle nails & beauty

I'm happy enough with my nails but the young girl who did it kept checking her phone (pulling it out of her apron) and seemed absent/dismissive. She also only applied two coats and didnt ask if I wanted a third (it was a light shade - I did). As soon as she finished she walked off without saying anything or getting the bill and again went on her phone. It made me feel bad for getting taking up her time?

I had to go back in in less than 48hours to get my shellac re done (first photo) and was not greeted kindly - within the next 2 days even more nails are coming off. Really disappointed :(

Another amazing experience with their team. Always so friendly, patient, neat, clean and quick. They all do a great job. I get my Gel done here! So satisfied!

I didn't get the name of the girl who did my nails, but whoever she was, she was very intracate. She made sure each nail was perfect and didn't rush through like many other salons! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made sure I was completely happy with the outcome. Thanks girls!

It's quick for both manicure and pedicure with OPI gel. Spent 80$ including remove toe's gelnails. They can do better for trimming my skin

I’ve been here twice now as I live nearby, I got French tip acrylic both times. The first time they made the white tip really high up my nail and looked botched. I asked them to redo the white part and once they did it looked good. I came back to get French tip again (3 weeks later) and had to ask them to redo the white tip again. They didn’t use a pink base the second time so you can see my nail underneath it… felt bad asking them to redo it as they aren’t the most friendly so I felt uncomfortable. 2 of my nails have fell off within a week.Not going to return as it’s not worth it.

Really impressed by my first visit.Finally found a salon that removes acrylics with care and doesn’t try to peel or flick them off with tips. Love my new set and so impressed by how helpful & willing my nail tech was when I asked for 5 different colours on my fingers! So happy with my fingernails that I asked if they could fit me I for a pedicure on the spot, and they did!Really friendly and accommodating staff, a beautiful, clean and inviting salon, and a great range of services at excellent prices. I will definitely be back to La Belle!!

I’m embarrassed to have paid for the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Made me bleed while cutting my cuticles, left me with janky, jagged tips from bad polish application and the staff seemed totally unconcerned with the fact that they let the polish and holo powder on my skin cure and not even their acetone could remove it.

Have been coming here for a while now, usually really good. Today I felt frustrated and that my technician was really argumentative. I had a basic pedicure (felt like the value for money here wasn’t fulfilled compared to prior jobs, but mostly ok) and shellac removed on my feet, and for my hands I had acrylic refills and one broken nail repaired.As we were in the process of shaping my nails, she checked in and we got to the shape that I liked. The second hand was a completely different situation, and I’ve now got ten finger nails that are all completely different shapes and lengths, as when we went back to fix them, they’ve somehow completely changed again. They’re all on a “lean” to the left, significantly so, and this is because “your nail beds are wonky”. When I brought this up at the end I was told “it’s because your hands/nails are this way” and I was made to feel like it’s my fault, and that any conversation towards a solution was not welcome. So we proceeded to the colour, which is uneven and unfinished on the sides. As I said, I’m usually really happy with the service so this felt like frustration because I wasn’t happy with the uneven shapes & lengths.In the 1yr+ I’ve been coming here, and in the 8yrs I’ve been having my nails done, I’ve never walked away feeling so embarrassed. When it came to pay it was a lot more expensive than normal as well, and I already felt so flustered that the price came at a shock.I’d like to reiterate that usually it’s a great experience here, but that today I felt compelled to write this as I’m really disappointed with the work and I wasn’t made to feel like I could have this conversation in person or that the work could be corrected on the spot.I hope this is a one time thing.
