When I asked for a weekend call out I was told there would be a $179 call out fee which was actually $196. I asked for a quote to fix a snapped pipe and replacement tap and was told it was too hard to quote. I pressed for a quote and he still refused to give me one. So I paid and went with the call out anyway. When the plumber arrived he got out the everflow quote book which is very scripted, so why couldn’t I be quoted before committing To the callout fee? Now I have committed to paying $179 which is actually $196 only to be told that the service would be about $940 ($750+25% for weekend rate) and $100 in parts!!! To fix a snapped pipe and install a tap! So I refused to pay that much and went to Bunnings, spent $39.10 and fixed it my self with proper fittings in about 30 minutes as you can see above. They still walked away with my $196 for doing absolutely nothing. It seemed like the refused to give me a even a rough quote because they knew they wouldn’t make any money out of me. Go elsewhere!

247 local plumbing installed a heating unit at my brother’s house that couldn’t heat his home. The installers left his home knowing it didn’t work. They then blamed the makers of the unit and when they said the unit worked this company have been basically ignoring my brother’s emails and attempts to get the company to fix the situation. They are dishonest and incompetent. The only real reaction or interest they have shown is when we have complained on social media. Don’t use them

Very Unprofessional behaviour, don't ever think about getting him for a job. I doubt if he is a plumber or just a quack
