Frustrating! Shipment by TNT which doesn't ship to parcel collect, hard to claim the item therefore (why not make it simple and ship with auspost?)No payment confirmation nor receipt provided. Only payment via credit card via phone, why not accept transfers once invoiced?No shipment confirmation provided, i had to call up days later to find out details.In my experience, i would not recommend this company. Unfortunately they are the only providers for B&W parts, shame they lacked a good customer service. I wouldn't call myself a premium experienced supplier if i treat my customers like that...

My experience with Convoy was initially to repair my NAD AV reciever and then buying a new one. The service was extremely good. Today when I went back for some clarification regarding my new NAD, there was still the same friendly and warm service. With staff like Paul and Greg, the quality of service is guaranteed.
