Nisbets Express Catering Equipment (Dandenong)

We have purchased thousands and thousands of dollars worth of products over the past few years with nisbets but really disappointed with warranty and after sales support we received after a vac sealer we purchased that cost over $1000 dollars, broke down in Feb, we waited about three weeks and eventually we’re given a new unit under warranty, However the replacement was faulty from day one we are now late June and told we are still waiting on parts and possibly a few more week we did offer to pay to upgrade to the next size unit that I was assured but the sales team we did not need however the repairs team told me the unit I purchased is for home use only, we use it appropriately 3 hours per week tops. Unfortunately we will not be purchasing further hardware from nisbets as they do not support customers post sales even though our job was marked urgent four months on and I have had to purchase a second machine elsewhere to get by until they eventually repair the second faulty unit. Not happy won’t be back

Just has the most incredible customer service from Avril in the Dandenong store who went above & beyond to help me with my order. Absolute superstar

The large pedal bin I got was strong and lightweight.And the garbage bags at Coles fitted it perfectly.I also got a stainless steel fry pan for inductionThe sales people are good for advice and passionate chefs/cooks.Highly recommend.

Lovely staff. They didn't have 2 things I was looking for but I walked out with 15 other things to make up for what they didn't have! Good quality.

Great customer service at point of sale and very informative even dough some of the products i was in need of were not available. When I tried to return some faulty products i was told that my receipt was out of date so no refunds or exchange possible and no alternative options were given. I had no choice but to leave with the faulty product. I do not reckomend shopping here.

Yesterday morning was the day I got screamed at by the guy with the re growth and no customer service skills. The way that you spoke to me was disgusting and so rude.I understand that you are understaffed, obviously cause who would want to work with you.If that is how you present your self to everyone that tries to enter your store I’m surprised you are still trading.I would also like to thank you because I ended up going next door to Dynamic Catering EquipmentWho have lots of floor staff were well presented and were very helpful.I used to recommend your store to all my clients but will definitely not be from now on.Also I’m not a Karen, I was actually really shocked with what happened.

Couldn’t get service. Must have waited twenty minutes. Couldn’t get items they said were in stock on their website. Emailed them and no response a month later
