The team really lives up to the agency name, they are managing my property from the last 6 months, and so far have had only good experienecs, Vijay was initially managing my unit, when he left the transition was smooth and an email was sent to all clients advising that Nandini would take over and will get a call. I did get the call, and she explained me about getting the existing tenancy which had expired and that there is a strong possiblity to increase the rent. I followed her advice and she successfuly negotiated a rent raise and term extension as well. She had displayed great attitude and strong professionl ethics, I would defintly recommend Professionals Den Agency.

Their work reflects on their company’s title “The Professionals”. Nandini has been managing our property for rental. The whole process has been very smooth. She is very professional and friendly. During the journey she has always been helping and suggesting us from future perspective and how things will help in longer terms. In terms of maintenance requests as well, she always looks for optimum ways to reduce unnecessary costs. I would highly recommend Nandini and team for property management. Nandini has not just been our property manager but like a partner on the journey.

Place is ok, the agents are alright nothing special but they did ask me to pay a week in advance, so if your renting beware of that. I didn't spot it until after I signed the lease.Edit 08/Nov/21: They had a chat with me about this post and were more than happy to change the agreement to almost weekly. They say the reason for advanced payments is so the tenant doesn't fall behind and a late payment marks your renters ledger, oh and that their system if you pay the day before they will send you an email saying you haven't payed even though you have because the banks take a couple of days to process transaction and on their system it means a late payment.

The staff are very professional and friendly. Swift response whenever I contact them. They made sure that I get to move in to the new unit straight away with no hassle. Thanks to Keerti who went above and beyond to help me on the day we moved in and gave me assurance that they will take charge in case of any issues. Also to Yenchen who made an effort to support me.
