Called at 4 pm to book a dr. Heard back at 7:30 to say that the dr would be cancelling due to car troubles. We live 5-10 minutes from the CBD and find it hard to believe that the dr didn't have RACQ or other car servicing available considering having access to a working vehicle is essential for home visits. Therefore, this business in unreliable.

I am 70 and had a bad fall onto tiled floor and hurt my head and right side of my body. Rang medical help line who said as I had had neurosurgery to call for after hours doctor. I have a magnet on my fridge that says DOCTOR COMES TO YOUR DOOR WITHIN 90 MINUTES GUARANTEED. ring 139999. I rang said number only to be told by that there wasn't a doctor available. Need a no star rating.

Call them at 1pm on a sunday, they grabbed my details and called back after 4h to confirm my details and just called again at 10:47pm(where I missed the call). I called them back after 22min and they sais doctor has left and now just telehealth.... what a service!!!!

Had to get them to check my 84 year old Mum on Sunday night, waited about 1hour 30 mins for him to arrive. Doctor looked after my Mum great bed side manners I would not hesitate to call them again. Thanks Dial a home doctor

Rang to have a doctor come to my home no doctor avaiable. This is at 16.00pm when they open. Help offered was a doctor who will ring me after 23.00 hrs. It seems writing a script for a UTI isnt on there radar.

Made appt with them at 5.46pm for my son. They said 2 to 3 hours. I called them at 8.55pm to find out how much longer. They said a doctor was dispatched and will call him to find out when he will arrive. Got a call back 30 mins later and was told he wasn't coming. If I hadn't of called would they have bothered to let me know? Poor form. If they had called earlier I could have organised someone else. DON'T BOTHER USING THEM.

Never any doctors available for my area. Only Telehealth.And every single time they “send” a script to the chemist, it’s never there and I spend an hr back and forth on the phone and in the chemist just to get it through.

Dr William was absolutely fantastic, took the time to look at my son's complaint and advised what the best course of action going ahead was. The staff member I spoke to when booking was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you require a home doctor I highly recommend using this service.

Was told 2-4 hour wait time. They called me 7 hours later to cancel. Also knowing the patient was a non-verbal infant. Absolute waste of my time. Really pathetic service.
