Level Plumbing & Roofing Forster

Booked an appointment after agreeing to a quote for some work. The date was changed to the next day without informing me. The work to be done was at a holiday house I own. I go there for a couple of days to check on the house & organise tradesmen to fix any issues. I live 3 hours away so timing is essential.I rang earlier in the week to confirm the booking, only to be told it was changed to the next day (the day I have to leave) at 9.30am. I usually leave between 10am-11am so I was ok with that. The work was outdoors, so I didn’t need to stay, just wanted to be there when the plumber arrived to confirm the work to be done.The plumber hadn’t arrived by 10am so I called the office, only to be told the plumber had been caught up on another job & was on his way. By 10.45am he still hadn’t arrived. I had some painters there who knew the issue & would go over the planned work with the plumber when he arrived. I left to go home.I had a call from the plumber while driving back, still in Forster at this time. I pulled over. I rang back immediately only to get voicemail. I decided to continue on home as the painters knew what I wanted done, if the plumber had any questions.When I arrived home, I rang Alex, the painter, late that Friday afternoon, who told me the plumber turned up well after 11am, then promptly left without doing anything.It was too late to call that day so I rang the office on Saturday morning, only to get voicemail again. I left a message which, a week later, I have yet to receive a response. I also sent a text to the plumber, & am still waiting for a reply.Unprofessional behaviour, and the lack of communication, especially when rearranging the date for the work without letting me know, is appalling.Cannot recommend this business.Your reply does not explain why you did not contact me about the change of date.

Service performed; install external emergency storm water pump-out system including pit, submersible pump and discharge line.Dean was recommended to me by another plumber and I'm glad he did.Dean's enthusiastic approach to my problem was quoted, discussed and the work was completed beyond specification requirements without any issues - highly recommended.

We are visiting Forster on holiday and had a plumbing issue in our new caravan. Dean was the only plumber in the area that took our call after 5 o’clock and then had one of his team, come out first thing the next morning. A bit of a hiccup the previous day, when plumber didn’t arrive. But next morning, he was there earlier than expected, did a very good job replacing two showerheads, took away the old ones and the packaging from the new ones, and left both bathrooms clean.

The company are very efficient, kept me informed of the progress of their call, it was just a small job of replacing a cistern valve but not a problem .I will certainly use them again if need be

O'Brien Plumbing Forster have successfully installed stormwater pits for a property I oversee - they carried out the work 5 days post quoting.I would definitely would reuse / recommend them!

From my initial phone enquiry with Karen and subsequent follow ups (to set a time or ask questions ) to Callum’s work removing and installing my new water heater the experience has been so effortless, efficient and pleasant! I am so impressed and grateful my electrician recommended them .

After the mass flooding, it was hard to find anyone available to repair my leaking roof. I called many roofers, plumbers and builders.
