Had a great experience purchasing my first car from Col Crawford used cars. I bought an AWD Mitsubishi ASX Aspire and I love it! David was attentive and very helpful, it made the whole experience exciting and fun.

I bought my BMW to them for servicing last Friday. Was told there were some outstanding services to be done according to their records. Was told the cost of the service would be around $700-$800. When I pick up the car, i was given a bill $1000 more to a staggering total of $1744!. There was a huge labour charge associated with the service! I was shocked and not happy! I don't like surprises like that! If I had been told to prepare to pay $1744, I would have chosen an alternative service centre! Thanks and goodbye!

What a fantastic, helpful and easy purchasing experience. From the first phone call with Jacob where he was informative and welcoming, the visit to the car yard where we were there for a number of hours and had nothing but A+ service again from Jacob and then the assistance from Gautam in regards to finance. We had already spoken and had things going at our bank, Jacob asked if we were interested in financing and I said no but offered just to have a talk with Gautam and see what they could do for us. Gautam was knowledgeable and ready to work with us and we ended up going with 1 of his offers which was a lot better than the banks. The whole experience has been fantastic and easy and we have come out extremely happy with our result. I would highly recommend Jacob and Gautam.

John Hayes was at Col Crawford Narrabeen last Friday. He was absolutely amazing helping me with all the drama over a rear vision mirror. I have never given a review for any company, but John was a stand out service man and I cannot thank him enough.

For information, since early 2021, I have dealt with the Col Crawford Brookvale Team, initially for my new car purchase and continue to have my car serviced at Brookvale.I have always found that their approach in dealing with car matters is carried out in a very timely manner and without fuss. WORST SERVICE EVERBought a brand new Dmax, computer died in 4 months, called to get it repaired was told you will have to wait 5 months for the part" tried to explain I use the car for work and if I cant use the phone or maps basically cant work
