Cataway Cat Boarding

We all love our FAMILY cat.I have left Alice ( lol) for the 3rd time. I am a registered nurseThey deserve a 5 out of 5.

I highly recommend the lovely team at Cataway who took such great care of our two kitties Precious and Tigris while we were away recently abroad on holiday. The were super accomodating at short notice allowing me the opportunity to pop by and check out their wonderful facilities. I was immediately struck by the spacious and tranquil environment and scenic views which I knew would be purrrfect for Tigris (who loves sunshine and looking out at birdies) and how content, well looked after and cheerful all the boarding kitties were.The team were welcoming and friendly and offered sound advice about a few issues I'd had with one of my cats; and were warm, patient and understanding on drop off day, putting my worries at rest.I was frequently sent beautiful photos to show them settling in and to keep me up-to-day with how they were getting on (see Mel's photos attached). They quickly settled right back at home, looking like they had spent the week at a spa retreat. Thanks Mel and the Cataway team. We will be back for sure and have already recommended you to our friends.

Could not have been happier with the care our cat received here while we were on holidays. The prices were reasonable, with options for inside or inside/outside enclosures (however it is best to book well in advance for inside/outside, as they were completely filled by the time we booked). There were various options for food, and our cat was given love and attention every day. They even sent pictures of him!! Which was great peace of mind. The next time we go on holidays we will be booking with Cataway again.

Our cat Kirby stayed here for a month while we were overseas. The price was the cheapest we found on the centra coast. She also needed a number of medications given to her every day which wasn't an additional charge which was nice. The rooms are large and very clean. Mel gave us lots of updates every few days via WhatsApp while we were overseas. They even went and got Kirby more medication when here ran out. Would highly recommend this place.

Melissa and her fabulous team did a great job looking after our two cats Clover and Bindi while we went away. Melissa sends photos of our cats each day, and it was obvious our cats were getting more and more comfortable with them; so much so our cats seemed lost when we took them home!Being the anxious cat-mama I am, I packed a bunch their toys and blankets which the team was happy to make our cats more comfortable with.Thanks Cataway Cat Boarding, we will definitely be bringing them back and recommending!
