Penney and Luke are excellent. Reliable and caring, I never hesitate to use them when required for looking after the pets. The daily pictures and special attention they give the animals is just wonderful. Highly recommend!

Penney and Luke and their team are absolute god sends! We love them and so do our pets! Penney being veterinarian trained actually picked up on a health condition of our cat that we didn’t even know the signs for!We have used them a few times now and are the only ones we will trust in our house when we are on holidays! We had a bad storm one time they were looking after them and Luke personally went back over to home at like 7/8ish at night just to double check on the dog and make sure she was okay knowing how frightened she gets in storms. They update you every single day with photos or your babies, they play with them and care for them like they are their own pets!Absolutely could not recommend them enough! And such a fantastic price for the amazing service they bring!

I put my 8yo staffy x ridgeback through the 6 week obedience course with Penney. The result is that I can now trust my girl to come inside the house and STAY on her mat, serenely ignoring the four cats wandering around in front of her. The cats aren’t quite convinced that it’s a good idea.
