Clearlight® Saunas

I have now had my Clearlight Infrared Sauna for four months and I am thrilled with it. I am recovering from a huge battle with Breast Cancer and lymphodema and this Sauna has been invaluable in my recovery. I really enjoy my time" each day either in the morning or early evening. I am sleeping much better and generally coping with life a lot more.I am also blown away with the Clearlight Company

So amazing, I love my 3 person sauna just for me!!! I really did my homework before purchasing and Clearlight Sauna were the best, with fast delivery and were very easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble.

We have been enjoying our sauna for 6 years. Last month we had a power supply issue and Dani and the team did everything they could to problem solve it for us. We are in regional QLD so there were some slight delays in getting it all sorted but they sent a technician out to us as soon as they could and he was super helpful as well. We had great customer service from Clearlight, it has been a great investment for our family and we are extremely happy to be back in it and using it every week! We find when we use it regularly that we stay very healthy. Thank you!

Could not be happier with my 5 person sauna. I don’t think 5 people would fit comfortably unless they where hobbits but it is perfect for my husband and I. If my review was based solely on the sauna and tech support I would have given a 5 star rating as Sascha and Dani have been awesome but unfortunately the lead up to the actual arrival was very disappointing. I ordered my sauna with a lead time of over 10 months, I had to do all the chasing for updates and delivery confirmations. I also paid for install but wasn’t told until 3 days before arriving (told on a Friday for a Tuesday arrival) that they didn’t offer installation in my state. What I found most annoying about this was that at no point from ordering and all the conversions I had getting updates and confirming delivery did anyone once mention that they couldn’t provide installation. They charged me for install, they new I wanted installation, they knew where installation was happening but didn’t advise until 3 days out that they couldn’t do it. Yes I was happy that they refunded the installation fee but still it could have been handled a lot better. What I learnt though was (and if anyone reading this is about to purchase) it’s actually quite easy to install yourself, if you have some strong men in your life that can help. There are easy to follow YouTube guides. If you do install yourself verify with Clearlight but disconnect the smoke alarm so you avoid a C5 error, this will save time later. All in all I love my sauna, I sleep better and it’s actually quite addictive. You won’t be disappointed.

Firstly dealing with the sales, service and dispatch through Clearlight saunas was a pleasure. Informative helpful staff who strive to make you happy. The sauna itself which I researched extensively is probably the safest on the market. The quality of workmanship is unquestioned. The component quality , I can tell is of a very high standard. Ours is a 2 person premier with the extra infrared, the vibration component under the seat and the medical grade light therapy. So happy with our sauna we use it everyday. Was easy to build and set up with clear simple instructions. Anna, Pete and Craig as well as all the other staff were so helpful without being hard line sales people. Their saunas may cost a little more but you get safety and quality . I guess you get what you pay for. We highly recommend Clearlight saunas .
