Great customer service, choice of washing myself or waiting. Reasonable price considering it's a very wet holiday season.

To the people who are giving one or two star reviews for being “expensive” or “limited parking” is just ridiculous. If you compare the price of their laundry service to another attended laundry service with the same friendly service and top of the range machines, you’ll be paying more elsewhere!Every time I go here (which is often) I don’t mind spending the money. Why? Because it’s a business! Not a volunteer establishment.I’m paying them to:A) make sure my washing is done/driedB) make sure no one takes itC) take away a responsibility that I don’t have time forIf you think its “too expensive” here, just hang your washing at home or drive to an unattended laundry service.In saying that, the attended laundry service in Gerringong doesn’t even compare to this in Kiama. In Kiama they are friendly, welcoming and they remember you. It’s a small business, support it and pay the extra dollar or do your own washing. Simple.Don’t give local small business bad star reviews because you’re either lazy or it’s an inconvenience on your day. That does not accurately represent the business. Instead, it accurately represents the person you are.How to write a honest review in 5 easy steps:Evaluate the:1. Service2. Location3. Atmosphere4. Business Information (was it accurately followed/represented?)5. CostStep 1 + Step 2 + Step 3 + Step 4 + Step 5 = Review.That’s it.Continue doing what you’re doing at your laundry service. You have the support of many locals.

I just received our linen lounge cover back from being cleaned & I was so impressed with how they look. 100% happy & will be recommending this service to everyone.

So helpful and they do really care . . . they do everything from dry cleaning, wash dry and fold services or you can use the washer and dryers yourself and save heaps of $$$$. I was there for about 2 hours and they even made me a cup of tea! Totes amaze balls ladies!!!! Thank you XXX

If you can avoid it, do it! Expensive, and not really nice employees but the worst part is that the machine ruins your clothes!!! And they didn't even apologize about it! Terrible experience!
