We switched from Woolworths as this Coles is less than a kilometre from our house but in the past few months there has not been a single Click and Collect order we have put in where we haven’t received most or major products such as chicken or eggs or bread, basic items they always seem to be out of stock of despite other supermarkets having no issue. To add insult to injury when you give them the ability to substitute an item they replace it with something completely illogical and useless for the recipe. If you’re a parent like me and want an efficient and convenient place to Click and Collect groceries then do not shop at Coles Maylands.

Been around for ages, yet the car park is still a nightmare to navigate with barely any space for the entrace/exit right next to a set of lights immediately after turning onto the road.Need more trolley bays around the carpark and an extra ramp to those parked at the other end of the carpark/disabled customers without ACROD stickers.Seafood section is potent in smell so stay away from the back corner if the smell of fish makes you ill.Bus stops (48/55 - both hourly services, half hour wait between the two) within carry distance of exit.Don't try and do Online shopping with this store; they hardly ever have stock available online (even though the shelves are packed with the items) or thry often don't deliver to many locations (even if you live around the corner). Stick to Inglewood Coles for Online Shopping

I find it difficult to navigate the store, why are the eggs not in the fridge? Personally I would prefer to see the place burnt to the ground (but not my 1992 pink convertible Holden barena with tow ball parked in the car park). ...staff very friendly.

It's Coles it's got a nice layout it's a smaller Coles Solway from a major Sovereign centre which makes it a lot easier to get in and out of without getting distracted the produce is normally fresh there's less bakery options than other Coles and the staff are always friendly

Coles Maylands is very convenient to the centre of Maylands town and close to the railway station. Parking can be a nightmare however if you follow the car park rules in directions it is then a breeze to get in and out. The store can get very busy at times however there are always plenty of people on the checkout and self-checkouts are also available. Prices are a little bit higher than some other supermarkets however only slightly. There can be a few undesirables hanging around at times asking for money so just be aware...

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful, especially Lee! The layout is a little different. The car park is in desperate need of help. It is simple usually but the fact it's a one way road isn't clear to everyone which causes problems occasionally.

I live on the Peninsula, so Coles Maylands is the closest mainstream supermarket.Pros- friendly staff- decent rangeCons- car park- questionable hygiene practices in the deli (putting their bare hand in the bag to open it - gross)Neutral- click and collect seems to have improved, but I don't allow substitutions and only buy big ticket sale items to reduce hassle

Absolutely love this place, I do not know why. It has always something to buy. Closes mostly 9 pm
