F45 Training Mitcham

Loving the vibe here. Excellent workouts and importantly the trainers walk you through the exercises and guide you when you need help. I most love that their isn’t an expectation to meet, just go at your own pace.

Great place to work out and have fun at the same time! The trainers are supportive and attentive to your personal goals. Great atmosphere and vibes. The studio is huge which is a plus! Would definitely recommend ⭐️

The staff has been really accommodating and made newcomers feel welcome. They have an encouraging way of pushing you through every exercise and are able to deliver guidance and corrections very well when they see you're having any sort of difficulty. Their space is also very nice, with great music and good equipment available.

I can’t recommend F45 Mitcham enough to anyone who is thinking about jumping into interval training! I was just here on vacation and the staff took care of me! They are incredibly personable, kind and generous. They push you to reach limits you didn’t know were possible for yourself. Thank you Jack and Chris for taking care of me and making my experience here so memorable! If anyone is thinking of doing it, you definitely have to!!

As I never been to zym since 2012 and was thinking I am never able to but these guys make me do it this is my second week loving it .To be honest the people come to the zym they all cheer up each other which I was worried about as I don’t know anything how I am going to fit in but literally it’s so cool never felt left out whoo whooLoving the vibe here. Excellent workouts and you can do it at your own pace . I most love that trainers walk through and guide you . Thank you Jack,Alice,brook,Mike and Chris, for taking care of me and making my experience here so memorable! If anyone is thinking of doing it, you definitely have to!!

I have trained at F45 Mitcham for a few years now and could not recommend them enough! It is a great environment to work out in, the classes are fun and challenging and the staff are very supportive. If you have injuries or unable to complete exercises the trainers will assist you to change your workout to suit your needs. Come down to F45 Mitcham and begin your fitness journey!

Every class is worth attending. Trainers always pleasant to work with and never intimidating. They have all given me a warm welcome when I started and always looks after me (and whoever I encourage to come with me) when in class. Glad this is just less than 10 minute drive from home!

I have had the opportunity to train in different f45 studios and I can say f45 Mitcham Is one of the bests. Been training for only 10 days and everything has been great, the community, trainers and facilities. 100% recommended

Absolutely love my daily workouts at F45 Mitcham …. The studio space is amazing, equipment excellent however most of all it’s the trainers and the whole community that makes this place special!!! I feel very grateful to be part of this beautiful community
