Every other furniture i bought online, they only need one piece of paper for the manual, this LED bedside table came with a full published book like its new york best selling.TLDR:It’s not very easy to assemble.

I bought a shoe cabinet online, but received half of it after more than a month. The customer service of the other half sent me an email saying that it was lost and asked me how to deal with it，i reply emails three days,but nobody answer me,the customer service is too bad.and i can't find this company service number .

Businesses who offer good customer service practices have a phone number detailed. Have you thought about people who don't have the equipment or intellectual knowledge required to send you an email or message; like older persons? It's a discrimatory practice that more and more businesses are adapting. I hope it is challenged in the available forums.
