FINGER SKIN CRACKED AND 3 stiches ! I went there to cut my ring but i dont know how this guy did until my finger got 3 stitches…he saw my skin was crack and deep open but he still say its fine no bleeding…. ??????….DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE IT’S REALLY TERRIBLE I CAN SHARE MY PHOTO

It was a pleasure to walk in to epiphany jewellers, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful…. The Owner went out of his way to repair an item of jewellery that had to be worn for a special event.

Walked in to have a try of their nice selection of watches and rings. One of their staff noticed my fiancee's ring looked a little dull and said Would you like me to clean that for you?" 1min later... After an ultrasonic clean and her ring looked as good as the first day I bought it for her. Was very happy that they offered that and even more so they helped me find a style of ring we've been searching for me

The most dishonest and dodgiest jewellery store I have come across in Sydney. Went in to re-set the diamond on my engagement ring that had started to wobble a bit and they quoted me $300 to fix it as they would have to replace one of the claws they claimed to have worn out. I agreed because I trusted the elderly gentleman and his daughter who were clearly the owners. Upon pickup and payment, when I closely examined the ring, it was obvious they had only pushed the claw in and not replaced. They intentionally ripped me off.Avoid at all costs!!

Concerned, I was going to buy a ring from here that was half price from $1000 to $500. They told my girlfriend that it was $500 at the moment but would be coming down further in the January sale. Still waiting for it to come down. After reading other reviews from this place, saying how they were scammed and neglected, I think I will be steering well clear.

Worst experience we have had with a jewelry store by far. Stay away at all costs. Not only was the elderly man unprofessional and extremely rude, he tried to rip us off on every opportunity. After taking a large deposit we were not satisfied with the end product, was not how we wanted/explained. Tried to reason with him but was told it would cost more and more money. Diamonds in the ring were also terrible quality, he told us they were dirty and just needed a clean, even though the ring was just made and presented for inspection. Avoid at all cost!

Worst customer service, unprofessional family run jewellers who tried to rip us off. They are not knowledgeable about their gemstones and tried to sell us fake gems. They promised to give us valuations at our request but it took over 8 months and many arguments for them to provide professional certificates. The first ring was not not the quality or value they were selling it for then they promised to get a better stone. They were rude, argumentative, illogical, frustrating completely unprofessional and unqualified! Never called back or followed up as promised had to continually chase them for promised info and service. Buyer Beware!

Visiting Epiphany Jewellers made my trip to Australia absolutely worthwhile! To begin with, the service was incredible! The sales people were extremely helpful and really friendly, I ended up getting exactly what I had wanted. The shop is clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Their jewelry was beautiful and the prices were reasonable. The quality of the items I purchased are also excellent. Would recommend this store to anyone in the market to buy good jewelry and for anyone wanting amazing service!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! POSSIBLE SCAMMERS! BE WARY! When I dropped off my Tag watch for batteries replacement, the sales lady said I should have it 'serviced' for around $300+. I told her NO and she said the watch would be ready for pick up in a few days. Came back a week later on 09/10 and the watch was not there. The sales lady told me that the watch has water damaged and need to be repaired - for guess how much? $320! Could it be just a coincidence that they want me to fork out $300+ which is the amount the first lady wanted me to spend to have the watch 'serviced'? I said NO to everything and told her that I just want to pick up my watch. Again, she told me it would take a few days. Now it's 13/10 (4 days later) and I just called them again and was told by a lady named Natalie that the watch is still not in the store as they are still waiting for someone to tell them whether or not to go ahead with the repair. When I tried to explain to her that I was there on Sunday and told them I just want my watch back, she wouldn't hear any of it and just kept on giving excuses as to why the watch is not in their store yet. I am still waiting for her to call me back to let me know when the watch can be picked up. VERY FRUSTRATED! NEVER COMING BACK THERE EVER!
