3 Bleeding Fingers!!! Awful service, I left the salon mid-manicure with bleeding cuticles. The staff are incredibly neglectful. I would suggest going elsewhere and not wasting your time and money.

The owner was very lovely and welcoming but then was passed off to the rudest nail technicians. They were making fun of the size of my belly (I’m pregnant) and when my nails were finished she just got up and left. I also had bleeding cuticles and my SNS cracked after 24 hours and then started chipping off. They lasted about 3 days before I got them taken off somewhere else.

Look second time here. The lady sat me down. Then did someone who came in after me. I came for Pedicure shellac with French. Always rough don't take their time as to not cut you with file or the cuticle cutter. I won't be back again they just don't even word to you just point amd expect you to understand what it is they want you to do. Not the worst but not great.

This place has bad customer service. They couldn’t care less! Leaning over other customer to finish slopping on cuticle oil only to miss. Didn’t even say anything just got up to start on someone else. Nails chipped 15 hours later. Don’t recommend but the Ocean Nails & Beauty in Erskineville is amazing. So friendly, A lovely experience, shellac lasted weeks!

Worst nails I have ever had. Been twice now and both times were terrible. The acrylics were so rushed they were thick and ugly, second time I got a nail infection.

Left with a terrible acrylics. Uneven bulby.So many cuts all over my cuticles & terrible service.Pedicure was terrible bad painting.Super glue all over my fingers and my hands & my dress..

Honestly, terrible experience. Staff was rude, bad english resulting in bad communication. My cuticles were bleeding, and all they said is it's not bad

I came here today for a pedicure and acrylic infills. The salon has a very clean and inviting atmosphere. Staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Pedicure was thorough and luxurious, and my nails look great, thanks to my technician Sophia! Lots of OPI colours in stock. I’m very happy with the service and good value. Thank you!
