Go For Fit
Go For Fit is perfect for anyone looking for a diverse and flexible group fitness program. I stopped exercising after my 3rd child so I was looking for something motivating to feel healthy and confident. Anja, convinced me to start with Pilates. I then added Barre and after that Group training in the park and it’s been a fantastic way for me to keep active and healthy in a warm and friendly environment. Anja is so motivating and drives us to reach our own personal fitness goals. If you’ve been wanting to get back into exercise but don’t know where to begin, I recommend giving Anja a call.

My husband, son and I were regular attendees at Go For Fit’s HIIT classes on Zoom during lockdown. That’s how we got to know Anja as a trainer.I love Anja’s style … she is professional yet tries to get to know her clients. She is also an advocate for middle aged and older people to get fit and learn what they are truly capable of!I attended a few of the outdoor classes in Pymble which were also very enjoyable. The only reason I stopped going is because I am locked into a contract at a gym but I hope to be back at Go For Fit classes soon!

I love Anja's classes and all the ladies who attend. Often on a Friday I'm struggling to get my mojo moving - I'm amazed at the difference after my exercise class though - the exercise, the laughter and the chatting always leaves me feeling pumped - it's not just physical but mental health too.AND since lock down I'm loving the access to virtual classes both live and replay; I've done Pilates, HIIT & Barre - thanks for keeping us moving and sane!!

Anja is a wonderful trainer. She always offers multiple ways to do an exercise to suit your needs. Whether it’s a group fitness class with the ladies, or a virtual class via zoom, it is always effective in meeting your needs. You finish the class feel in energised, fulfilled and successful...leaving you happily anticipating the next one! Love the versatility of the zoom class in these difficult times. Empowers you to face whatever new trial is ahead!

Love Anja’s sessions! Not only does she have a way of making you strong quickly but her sessions are super creative. I don’t think I’ve ever done the same session twice. Highly recommend for a fun way of getting fit.

So much fun, such a lovely group of ladies and a great variety of ways to stay fit. Anja's classes really make a difference to how I feel, my wellness and my fitness, I regularly attend her group fitness sessions and also love Barre and Pilates when I have the time. I would strongly recommend.

Have been going to Go for Fit for 2 years and have always enjoyed the classes. Anja has modified the class format to suit the current environment and the Zoom/Virtual classes continue to be fantastic.....engaging and lots of fun. Highly recommended!!

Anja has been instrumental in assisting me to meet my fitness goals. I've been to her group fitness classes, Barre classes as well as done 1:1 personal training sessions. A little bit of info on the services I've used are below if you want more information!The group fitness classes are held outdoors and are a great balance of fun and hard work. Whatever your fitness level these classes will work for you. I've done them while recovering from injury as well as at the peak of my fitness - and been able to get what I need from them. There are a great bunch of people who attend who welcome newbies with a smile.Barre is probably my favourite class ever. It's held at a local church hall (heaps of parking and an easy walk from Gordon Station) and is a great workout. If you don't have the best coordination, don't worry, you will get the hang of it - the music is great and again a great group of regulars will welcome you along. It's a great low intensity workout and you'll suddenly know where all your muscles are - and that's just after the warm up! Seriously though the classes are all ability and you'll find it suitable regardless of your fitness level.Finally in terms of the services I've used from Go for Fit" (there are a few I haven't like "Rock that frock") Anja offers individual PT. I've had a few injuries and needed to adjust my gait to protect my knees - Anja worked with me 1:1 in the lead up to a touch footy tournament and thanks to her training (and my hard work) I managed to get through injury free and meet my goals. I now work with Anja regularly to prep for big tournaments and since I started I've remained injury free.Can't recommend Anja and her suite of classes and services more highly. She pushes you with a smile and when you finish the class you can't help but feel like you've lifted your mood!"

Rock that Frock is a amazing program. You have meal plans, shopping lists, exercise classes and fabulous support through 1. Facebook page with the other participants and 2. Anja.I live in the central coast and find it easy to do the program remotely. I join the the exercise classed through Zoom. Every week you are emailed what you need and away you go. The food is delicious and the family enjoys them too.I have lost 8kg in 6 weeks. I highly recommend this program who wants to lose weight
