Called this company only to be advised they don’t do work Direct for landlords at tenanted homes ??? Maybe you should advertise that on your website and that you just pick and choose your work. Agents always pay as its not there money, met contractors like this before.Ridiculous

Had our Fisher Paykel dishwasher serviced yesterday by PAS.On time, highly professional in both product knowledge and personal presentation, this very pleasant young man was a refreshing representative of this company. Fault was identified very quickly and rectified, machine was tested and whole area left spotless. They also provided a 90 day warranty period for the defect discovered. All good.

Thanks for fixing my 10 year old Bosch front loader washing machine. Since you replaced the brushes in the motor it has been working perfectly. Would definitely recommend this company when it comes to servicing and repairing household appliances.

Wasted three weeks and three visits to attempt to fix our dishwasher after being recommended by Bosch, and we're still without a dishwasher.Effectively did what I could have done, which was very little.Could have saved us this hassle by being transparent about his capacity to fix this issue in week one.Incompetent. Don't waste your time here.EDIT: You state we were offered alternatives and that we could have discussed our concerns whilst you were on site. I should have included these alternatives you offered in my original review: just let the machine run and see what happens" - after you said you hadn't been able to fix the machine.I also discussed my concerns with you on each of the three times you were on site. Personally I would never use this business again. I was quoted a price and invoiced considerably more on the day. Lucky I was at the property to record the time to install the part to my fridge. at $120 per hour it's over the top plus a $60 call out fee. And on top of that an original part retailing for $80 was charged at $160. Make up your own minds folks. But would have been more cost effective to purchase a new fridge than have a small part replaced.

Arrived on time when he promised. Diagnosed the issue and said he would be in touch 2 weeks later with a repaired circuit board. Exactly 2 weeks later we were contacted and made a time for the repair to be finished. On time, on budget, professional and convenient - what more could you want.

Was booked repeatedly via email as for between 10-12am 11/1/23. waited 2 weeks for this appt. He came at 9AM but as I had to run out urgently and was home by 9:15am . He had gone. And refused to come back EVEN though it was booked for 10:00 - 12 AM More concerned that it was only a holiday home which is incorrect and none of his business anyway. Definitely would not recommend as his attitude was appalling
