As far as drive in bottle shops go this one ticks all the boxes. Great selection of all Beers, Wines, Spirits and more. The prices are good the staff are friendly, everything is clean and i can collect points for loyalty. I very rarely go anywhere else anymore unless i have no choice away from home.

Usually I don’t have a problem with the staff at this bottle shop, however today I had an elderly lady and my Woolies card would not scan (sometimes it does other times it doesn’t in that shop) she put in the numbers and asked me “is it your card”, of course it’s my card. I just asked her not to worry about it and she snuffed at me.

I seriously cannot understand the negative reviews on this branch... I am a regular customer and find the service second to none. Hayley and her staff are ultra helpful, friendly and informative and this is my BWS place to go to. BWS Kings Meadows is another matter altogether, they need to sort out their staff big time!
