Table Tennis ACT

A great place to play table tennis. It is particularly welcoming for senior social players.

Tried out a social group. Very nice friendly people, wide range of abilities and styles. Good facilities.

I think they need to change their name to SOUTHSIDE ACT. They recently closed the only northside venue and opened up a third southside location.

This place has 5 tables and over 2000 members. Over the weekends tables are booked for numerous event including juniors training, juniors advanced training, juniors pennants and players with disabilities. During the week tables are booked for competition every weeknight from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. During week days tables are booked for seniors and other events. So unless you're retired or you're planning to play around midnight there's very limited windrow for getting a table. Previously you could book a table for 2 hours but recently the bookings have been limited to one hour which means you might end up driving 25 minutes each way to play for one hour which makes it not worth the hassle. Overall, ACT Table Tennis is not what you expect to see in a country like Australia for a membership fee of $260+.

Been a member for over 2 years. Great facilities, great group of people. Definitely recommend visiting l even if you're brand new to the sport, haven't played in a while or a professional.

Everyone should get involved! Fun, affordable and easy to learn- or in my case, relearn. Well organised and fairly run competitions as well as events, and leisure/morning tea in the mornings for the older and social players.Just got a new member elected board as well, big things coming for TtACT in 2018!

Fantastic facility at Kingston, Table Tennis ACT has done an amazing job upgrading the facility with international level flooring and tables.I have been a member for four years and table tennis has become a part of my life thanks to the ACT table tennis club and people who volunteer here.

Not at all table tennis

The women's only coaching sessions on Friday mornings are a hoot. George is a great coach who seems to effortlessly walk the fine line between having fun and working hard. A good laugh and a good workout with a supportive bunch of classy women. Perfect. Bravo George! Thanks Helen!

Great place to play table tennis in Canberra. The club is run by volunteers. The online club shop is a good place to get your TT gears as they are selling for ~10-20% cheaper than the market.
