I am someone who has always struggled with going to the dentist and was terrified about the thought of going to an orthodontist. But Dr. Balya and her team are absolutely amazing!! They are very understanding of my fears and are always willing to work with me to figure out the best treatments and best ways forward to help me with my anxiety. The whole team are so lovely and always seemed so excited to see me and seemed genuinely sad to see me go when my treatment was completed! My teeth now look great too!10/10 would recommend!!

HiThe Orthodontic team at Gentle touch are an excellent group of professionals who work very hard in achieving the best results for their clients . My son had braces done by Dr Balya who is very patient and kind with kids. As the name says they are a “GENTLE TOUCH “ group. The clinic is very clean and the appointments are on time. When I took my son for the initial appointment I never thought he will get such beautiful results. The staff working with Dr Balya are very skilled as well and I highly recommend this clinic for your kids Orthodontic treatment

Dr Balya is different from all the other orthodontists I consulted with, she treated me like a human being who was capable of making my own decisions around treatment. I was given options in order of recommendation with pros and cons towards all plans. It was very important that I had all the information and not be told that there was only one way. The whole team recognised that my treatment affects my physical and mental health and I am much better off for it
