Fantastic customer Service. I had some difficulties with a sub printer, Chris was extremely helpful and kept in contact at all times until we rectified the issue. Also purchased a Tumbler Press and it works beautifully. Extremely happy and definitely give a 10/10 to this company with no hesitation.

Sublimation Supplies have been my go to since I started my business. Customer service is always top grade - I never wait long for a reply. Items are posted practically the same day as ordering. I've never had an issue with supply or damages etc. Will continue to use them. Great range, quality products and fair pricing!

Ordered 36x sublimation blank mug. Of those order only 24 arrived undamged/broken. When we arak for a replacement we were told it’s out faulty and no refund or replacement will be given. We are currently into the process of escalating this with the ACCC and while still in early talks they have indicated that the supplier “Sublimation Supplies” is at fault. We originally would’ve being able with an exchange but we no longer have shy confidence in Sublimation (type if specialised printer) and therefore demand a refund. Again we checked consumer rights and we are entitled to a refund. (According to them only the customer can decide if they want a refund or exchange. )

I've never found service as good As Sublimation Supplies!! My orders are processed ridiculously fast and sent out same day. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in his business and always willing to help. He is very passionate about what he does and it shows. Always super helpful & friendly and the quality of the products are second to none, beautiful outcome first time every time. Will not shop anywhere else except with Sublimation Supplies. Thanks Chris, you're a bloody legend!

Sub Supplies have been outstanding to deal with. I’ve lived over 2 states during Covid and nothing has stopped these guys from getting things to me super quick. Their professionalism and timely responses to communications have been over and beyond always. Possibly just as important their products really rock. Really happy to be dealing with such a company that still delivers awesome customer service backed up by fantastic reliable products.

Cups arrived with 9 broken out of the 32 ordered . I didnt have insurance even tho i tick the box . Didnt want to help will take orders else were

Fantastic shop!!! Brought my sub inks, paper, blanks and few other bits and pieces. Also brought my heat press from here. Shipping is reasonably priced and pretty quick. Packaged well. Love love love my press! Sliding drawer was well worth the extra money! My sub images are bright, crisp and perfect! Very happy and great customer service. Will be back and back! A++++
