George was very rude to me when I sent an after hours SMS to him asking about strata rates in a property he had listed. I certainly wasn’t expecting a response until the following day as it was sent at 10pm and I expected he would have his work phone off or not reply. I could have easily sent an email as an alternative and again I would not have expected a response until the next day. Unfortunately, what George doesn’t realise is people that are buyers have jobs and have ethical standards they keep to during business hours. No communication skills. Lost customer!

I engaged P&R reality Beverly Hills for an appraisal to sell my property at Roselands, I spoke with George on the phone and he was very polite helpful, we met up at my property at my convenience. His very knowledgeable with the local market and provided great advice. He presented some comparable sales which i was very happy with. After talking for a while he told me he was Principal. He provided an excellent marketing package.My property sold after the first open house and got what i wanted.Thank you George and the girls at P&R, I'll definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

The most disgusting, rude, unprofessional, liars, and disrespectful real estate agents ever. Nicole sits at her desk eating throughout the shift instead of communicating with the tenants, George lies about how he works hard for tenants, the state of the office is disgusting and filthy. Very untrustworthy agent’s and not recommended

I came into contact with George from P&R Real Estate, when looking to purchase my first home. Could not be happier with the result. He was very accommodating and understanding. George and Nicole at Beverly hills branch would have to be the worst people I've ever dealt with.We rented a house from them and as usual they are nice and co-operative at the start.After we handed our inspection report they did absolutely nothing to repair anything in the house, they even went as far to say the landlord was a monster to deal with.George was insulting and rude over the phone and then just hung up the phone never to be heard of again. We book an appointment with Nicole over email and she confirmed the appointment and on the day she was suppose to be there she didn't turn up, and when we phoned her to find out where she was she said I'm not coming now because we didn't make a appointment and to stop talking to me and hung up. George also was caught trespassing on property so many times.This people have less common sense than a monkey they shouldn't be in customer service job's, I highly recommend that no one ever rent from these people.

The most incompetent real estate I have ever come across. George and Nicole both failed to disclose a serious water leak and mould problem in the unit which they denied knowing anything about but yet a plumber who came to fix something said that he had been at the property for the same issue 6 months earlier. They are both rude, unprofessional and lazy people. If you can, please go through another agency, not worth the trouble. If I could give them a rating of -100 I would.

George was very well spoken and came across as being a person you could trust. The agency fee and advertising costs were very low compared to other agencies. This made their service great value. The sale of my property came in just slightly below what the target was. Not a bad result considering how bad the market has been. But will not award 5 stars because of that.

My connection with P & R Real Estate first began in 2018 when they handled the rental of my property. Throughout this time the rental was managed efficiently. Once a decision was made to sell, I listed the property with P & R. Again, George and his staff worked tirelessly to achieve a good result on the sale.
