I was very impressed with the level of professionalism throughout the experience. I was provided with a well written quote the very next day after submitting my request. After accepting the quote, an appointment was made within the week and a confirmation was sent by email and by text message. A text message was sent to inform me that a technician was 24 minutes away. The fellow was polite and took the time to explain what had been done. He made very little noise and left the area spotless. I sent requests to around 4 different repair companies, only 2 responded and they were by email with the price written in the response. In summary, your company was outstanding.

Having contacted two other mobile repairers first and getting nowhere or no response thankfully I came across Carclinic. Mike arrived early and repaired the scrape my stupidity caused like new. Perfect job. Perfect paint match and each step of the process clearly explained. Really knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Mike from Car Clinic highly enough. Starting with the tracker so we could see exactly when Mike would arrive down to the professional quality repair to the gouge down the side of my car.The paint matched perfectly, you cannot see where the repair has been done.Very happy from the start of the process, excellent communication to the finish with an excellent repair. Dave arrived in good time and got straight on with the job. He did a fantastic job on the side of the front bumper which had a couple of small areas of paint rubbed off from some poor parking. He saved his best work for the gouge in the rear door of the Xtrail which had been damaged from closing the garage door on it. It looks like new. Highly recommend Car Clinic WA.

Did an amazing job on my door. Only issue I had when I entered my car the-floor mats were covered in shoe marks and for my passenger car seat cover was partially removed. Would have been nice if you clean the mess.

An amazing experience . My sons car got graffitied with paint. I called Lara who was amazing and got Mike out same day to come and sort my sons car. This customer service is outstanding. Thank you so much.

Really impressed with car clinic, they accommodated my late arrival and new I was on a strict timeline and they completed the repairs and painted my 5 rims (spare) on my HSV Clubsport earlier than quoted. The interaction at the workplace was met with friendly helpful people and I would recommend Car Clinic in Bayswater to anyone. Cost effective and efficient. Thanks again Car Clinic.
