After waiting nearly 10 minutes after being looked at multiple times by staff to have no one acknowledge me standing at the parts counter the lady from the front register walked up the back to serve me.I asked for a spark plug or any that were compatible to be told they have none but she didn't bother looking any further. Went into Autobarn got what I needed and spent more money since I got the service.Waste of time having a bigger store if all the staff are just going to sit out the back and worry about the phones ringing.
