I have had an amazing experience, they have replaced my I-phone screen for my phone and my son's too.Great friendly service , affordable in caparison with other shops and very quick too.There Products are genuine and they give honest advice too.Highly recommended

After 5 years of owning my iPhone, this was the first time that my screen had broken. I came to this place because of the reviews and price. I had chosen the most expensive screen they had and had also gotten a basic screen cover, thinking because I had no issues before, this won't happen for awhile. The owner kept pressuring me to write a positive review here, which I did not at the time. After two weeks of having my screen fixed, during a flight my phone had cracked again (assuming from the pressure of the flight). I didn't drop it, I didn't step on it and I didn't do any damage to it myself. Thinking that my phone was under 3 month warranty, I went back. The owner outlined that I must have done something to the phone myself and that damage done myself was not included within the warranty policy. I doubted myself, and once again I had paid for the screen to be fixed again (the same more pricey one) with the more pricey phone screen cover. Once again, the owner pressured me to write a positive review. It has now been less than 3 months and my phone screen has cracked again during a flight. Once again, I did not drop it, I did not step on it, etc. and I am just frustrated. I will definitely not go back to this place. Clearly you pay for what you get for and I would definitely not be recommending this place to anyone else. Stay away if you fly often.

My iPhone 8+ screen was smashed, went to these guys and they fixed it so well and efficiently AND put a screen protector on for me. Love their customer service, would definitely recommend!!

I have had a positive experiencewith Mobile Empire. They are very accomodating and have a fantastic customer service. I have brought in my Iphone XS Max to be repaired. The previous mobile repair service I have went to, didn’t returned all the screwsand the screen cracked twice. Mobile Empire was very efficient and was able to repair my cracked screen in no time. I had a bonus tempered glass and the case was beautiful. I will surely recommend this service to friends and family.
