Very professional, on time and completed a NBN installation which Telstra had commenced but could not bring into our 1960s house . All up and running perfectly first time. Also installed a new light and fan in our laundry.

I am a supplier to this business. Although I have known them for only 4 months or so, my experience with them has been really good. The owner Mick has an absolute passion for quality. He never asked me to supply anything that is not the best. At times ,I have to bring in special products for Austin Electrical because they are not happy using products that dont meet their requirements 100%.. If the light has to be 5500K, it has to be 5500K. They would not make a compromise and accept 5000K or 6000K Love working with the team at Austin. If you want the best, you go to Austin electrical. The young electricians are well trained and above all very respectful of their suppliers and the jobsites they are working on.Well done Mick for such a great work culture in your company.
