I love this training of traditional shaolin kung fu. I never thought I could do it but it's so simple and functional, it has in increased my over all body strength. New challenges every system I move onto. Stoked I found this place.

I'm fussy about selecting a right Kungfu teacher for my boys (as I grew up in China and watched many Gong Fu shows and dramas...) We have been taking training with Paul since last October, in short, we are very happy. Paul has passion for Kungfu. He follows the way/lineage of traditional ShaoLin style. His class is full of fun but with hard training and good disciplines. I know my boys are in good hands! Go ShaoLin KungFu:)

I am really enjoying lessons with Shifu Paul, such a great Kung Fu training in the area. Very good technical teaching, classic and strong conditioning. I appreciate the reality of training, no eases or excuses. Great toughness and professional approach. If it would be easy, I would never come. :)
