Today I had a terrific experience in my dealing with this distributor. The new team provided good service and the salesman Gerard had a thorough knowledge of the product resulting in me buying the right equipment for what I require. Easy to deal with and recommended. Will definitely come back here again!!

Not good place to buy any. If you have problem. They blame on you and make you buy something else. I got adaptor for high pressure which they suggested but it damaged other part them I got blamed. Then I had to buy other parts so i can use pressure machine. Not good service no knowledge what they selling at all. Please buy some other place which you save money and timeI just read owners reply. I never asked cheaper option. They simply lied to you to cover up their mess. I only asked how really work or not. So they sat up and displayed how it work. Never asked cheaper option. And even if i asked cheaper option. They should have known it did not work and did not sold it to me. So Staffs are useless and have not my problem attitude""

I was disappointed at the unnecessarily POOR service. The staff member was reluctant to give any prices over the phone. The prices he finally gave turned out to be totally incorrect when we arrived to purchase items.Again REALLY POOR service.

Extremely bad after sales service! The technician that works their never touched my machine for over 3 weeks. This guy is extremely lazy in getting machines fixed and returned to the customer. I should know because it has happened to me twice now and I am positive many more customers of Karcher would have experienced the same thing. There is only 2 people working there. This lazy technician and a lady named Sharon. She goes all out to the customers that come into the store but is sadly let down by the lazy technician that does not seem to care about getting your machine fixed in a timely manner whether your a paying customer or warranty. Management really need to deal with this guy! Even when I went to collect my machine there was a customer going off at the technician because it had taken him months to fix their machine.

My Karcher stopped working took it to the experts to be fixed.after a month I called Kenwick service centre to see how the repairs were going. it was fixed and returned to Malaga. working great now.however I would have have given 5 starts for the repairs but customer service would be zero. they didn't call me. I Called Malaga asked how for the repair, was told Between $1 and $300. went to store and I had to locate my Karcher because he couldn't be bothered to find it himself.For repairs definitely go to Karcher but don't expect any customer service.

Took my K5.55 in because it stopped working, two weeks later I was advised that it was fixed drove back to Malaga to collect it, brought it home it lasted a full 5 minutes and then died again. So off to Malaga again on Monday and I guess it will be a couple of weeks before I get it back again, so far I have paid them $120 to do nothing, other than waste my time and fuel.Very poor service.If you want a pressure washer buy a Gerni or a cheap Ozito and then when it dies go to Bunnings and get a new one.That was my review, however, I took the unit back to Kenwick (That is where all the servicing is done anyway) Neil said he would get the unit looked at, next day it was fixed and I picked it up and only paid for parts.I have had a theory about business and it is this any fool can run a business when everything is going fine, what you discover are the good businesses manage things when there is a problem and Neil certainly stepped up and fixed the problem.Well done Neil.

Today Thursday 29 August 2019 I looked on the website for your hours that was at 08:30 when I looked and it said 11:00 to 17:00. So I came at 14:15 and you are closed and all of a sudden your website also changed from 11:00 to 14:00. I drove 60 km to get here for nothing what a waste. You must publish change of hours a few days in advance please. Time is money and my car does not run on air.

Excellent, knowledgeable service. Had a 2006 model blow a hose on a Saturday, Gerrard had it in stock and identified the correct part first time.

We recently bought a Karcher floor washer on line and after a few months it would not charge.We took it to Karcher in Malaga to have it checked and from there it was sent to Kenwick and was told we would receive a new floor washer as a replacement.At all times we were treated with courtesy especially from a lady called Vicki who went to a lot of trouble to keep us informed.We would also thank the young man from Kenwick who to save us from having to travel to Kenwick to collect the new machine dropped it off at Malaga of on his way home from work.A big thank you to you all.Thanks also to Karcher who replaced the machine without any hassles.Coral and Geoff

Karcher Wet Vacuum is toy. So weak after replacing so many times andAlso expensive filter. I sent it to repair and after 10 days, they are still looking for motor to replace. Absolute wasting time and money.
