We ( thought we had) cancelled our nbn internet in Sydney via the app chat. Telstra chat assistant said was all cancelled.Went to telstra store in Hornsby to drop the modem off. They would not take it and didn’t check if our service was cancelled. Said I had to wait for email from Telstra. So we had to lug the modem with us on our holiday! Stopped at Goulburn on our way. . Visited Telstra Goulburn, where the manager, Darcy, not only checked our nbn hadn’t been cancelled!! so did so for us, and also happily took our modem. Efficient, friendly and helpful service . Thanks so much Darcy. You should get a pay rise.

I have been with Optus for years and had nothing but trouble , signed up in the Telstra Goulburn store and was set up in minutes, great customer service and not a problem anymore with my WiFi since changing to Telstra

We went into this store yesterday and was looked after by a young lady called Linda.She was amazing and very helpful couldn’t doenough for us. She had great customer service skills and we walked out of there very grateful

Friendly staff but if u are waiting for a staff member to assist u, it would be nice to be offered a seat while u wait.The service itself was excellent. Nice people.

In the past service was very so so. It's good to see a vast improvement in customer service. I've been a longtime Telstra customer through thick and thin they will do their best to solve any problem you may have, and compensate you for any inconvenience.

Meagan was the best help, I was ready to give up on Telstra but she was amazing and helped out in every way possible, definitely recommend her if you ever go to Telstra Goulburn
